Instructions
- Heat for 3-5 minutes on medium high heat until milk is warmed through, not boiling. Stirring occasionally to avoid film or scorched milk.
- While the milk heats, mix the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl to help prevent clumping of the cocoa powder.
- Once the milk is warm, add the cocoa powder mixture to the milk and continue stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the liquid is a deep brown color.
