Yuji Haraguchi is the founder of OKONOMI/YUJI Ramen, OSAKANA both in NYC, and he is the owner of As you like Waikīkī, a new musubi and matcha cafe. Originally working at a Japanese wholesale fish company, Yuji built his companies from scratch with the goal of educating consumers about Japanese food and culture as well as introducing new Japanese trends. He is a strong proponent of the Japanese philosophy, Mottainai (Mot-thai-nai), a concept of being mindful about waste.
